Shipping policy

Most orders placed Monday through Sunday, are shipped the following week on Thursday or Friday. If your order contains perishable items and you choose a delivery method greater than 1 business day in transit, the order may be shipped the the following Monday. You will receive an email with tracking info once your order has been shipped.

Please note, for any perishable items which require refrigeration or frozen items you must choose one of the available guaranteed shipping methods: Overnight, 2 day or 3 day (3 day shipping is not recommended for frozen products any time of year or any perishables from April to October, or to destinations where the average daily temperature is above 55F.)

If your order contains a mix of perishable items and non-perishables, please place separate orders.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you enter the delivery address.
